Compensation starts at $21 per hour and growth opportunities exist as the team scales. The position requires lifting up to 50 lbs, standing for long periods, and flexibility to work Sunday-Thursday or Tuesday-Saturday shifts.

Qualifications

• Must be able to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Flexibility to work weekends and overtime.
• No prior warehouse experience required.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Detail oriented with strong problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Receiving: manage inventory intake and communicate arrivals and exceptions.
• Picking: ensure fast, accurate movement of products through the process.
• Packing: finalize shipments with quality checks and proper packing.
• Other Duties as Required: assist in other areas to maintain operations.
• Follow SOPs to maintain product safety, traceability, and record-keeping.
