Job summary

ShipBob is seeking a Warehouse Associate for the 2nd Shift in North Aurora, IL. You will join a fast-growing team focused on delivering an exceptional customer experience, with potential for career growth and a strong culture of ownership.

This hands-on role supports Receiving, Picking, Packing teams and other duties as needed. Candidates must be able to lift 50 lbs, work extended hours, and adapt quickly in a dynamic startup environment.

Qualifications

• Able to work scheduled shifts including overtime, and/or weekends based on business needs.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs without restriction.
• Able to stand and walk continuously during and up to a 8-10 hr shift.
• May be required to help out in other departments as needed.
• You’re willing to get your hands dirty to get a task completed.
• You have the ability to adapt to change quickly.
• You are extremely detail oriented.
• Ability to quickly understand new processes and identify operational opportunities.
• You’re looking to get your foot in the door with a rapidly growing start-up company.
• Previous warehouse experience is not required.
• Must be 18 or older.

Responsibilities

• Receiving: manage inventory intake and communication of arrivals and exceptions.
• Picking: move products quickly and accurately to the next stage.
• Packing: ensure shipment quality and proper packing.
• Other Duties as Required: support operations to keep processes running smoothly.
• Maintain safety, quality, and legal handling of products and record-keeping.
