Job summary

ShipBob is hiring a 1st Shift Warehouse Associate at our North Aurora, IL facility. You will join a fast-growing team focused on receiving, picking and packing shipments with a strong emphasis on accuracy and safety.

The role reports to the Area Manager, with responsibilities including lifting up to 50 lbs, standing 8–10 hours, and occasional overtime. This position offers growth opportunities within a dynamic startup culture.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must be able to stand and walk for an 8–10 hour shift.
• Willingness to work overtime and weekends as needed.
• Able to adapt to changing processes quickly.
• Attention to detail and safety consciousness.

Responsibilities

• Receiving: manage new inventory and communicate arrivals and exceptions.
• Picking: ensure fast, accurate movement of products to next process stage.
• Packing: finalize shipments with quality control and proper packaging.
• Other duties as required to keep operations running efficiently.
• Follow SOPs to maintain product safety and traceability.
