Job summary

ShipBob is hiring a B2B Lead Fulfillment Associate in North Aurora, IL. You will work in a fast-paced warehouse, handling receiving, picking, packing, and shipment fulfillment on the 2nd shift (Tue–Sat, 3:45pm–12:45am).

The role offers a compensation range of $20.25–$21.25 per hour, with potential overtime. Reports to the Area Manager, Fulfillment Operations, with strong growth opportunities within a high-performance culture.

Qualifications

• Ability to work scheduled shifts including overtime and weekends.
• Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Willing to assist in other departments as needed.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Receive inventory and manage put-away and acceptance in the system.
• Perform picking to move products through the process quickly and accurately.
• Pack shipments and ensure quality and proper packing.
• Support other duties to maintain efficient operations and product safety.
