Job summary

ShipBob is hiring for a 2nd shift associate in North Aurora, IL. You will work in a fast‑paced warehouse, joining one of several teams to support receiving, picking, and packing processes that keep orders moving efficiently.

Qualifications

• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Stand and walk continuously during an 8–10 hr shift.
• Shift includes overtime and weekends as needed.
• Must be 18 or older.
• Previous warehouse experience is not required.
• Willing to get hands dirty and adapt to change quickly.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process new inventory and communicate arrivals and any exceptions.
• Operate picking processes to move products quickly and accurately.
• Assist with packing to ensure shipments are correct and meet quality standards.
• Help in other duties as required to keep operations running smoothly.
• Follow SOPs to maintain product safety, traceability and compliance.
