Job summary

Havenly Brands is seeking a Manager of Fulfillment & Inventory Operations to own end-to-end fulfillment and inventory workflows across Owned & Operated brands. You’ll partner with data teams to build scalable pipelines, stand up integrations with vendor platforms, and apply AI tools to accelerate root-cause analysis and SOP documentation.

• Have experience in operations, supply chain, logistics, e-commerce, or related field.
• Are analytically wired and data-driven.
• Are comfortable using AI and automation tools to improve workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own fulfillment execution for O&O brands with 3PL partners.
• Maintain inventory accuracy across NetSuite, 3PL WMS, and internal tools.
• Define SLAs from PO placement through returns processing and shipment.
• Own end-to-end returns operations with speed, accuracy, and margin recovery.
• Escalate inventory and fulfillment exceptions and drive improvements.
