Job summary

Premier Nutrition Company in Emeryville is seeking a highly motivated professional to deliver exceptional Order Fulfillment and Customer Operations support. This role drives an optimal fulfillment rate through proactive collaboration with internal partners, third‑party logistics providers, and warehouse teams.

The ideal candidate will serve as a key contact for customer inquiries, ensuring timely resolution of issues and delivering an outstanding customer experience.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or equivalent business experience.
• Working knowledge of supply chain and order fulfillment operations.
• Strong communication and data-driven problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with NetSuite or similar ERP systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end order fulfillment with ASN, EDI, data entry, pricing and discounts.
• Maintain customer master data and support onboarding of new customers and items.
• Collaborate with Sales, Accounting and Operations to resolve invoicing and pricing issues.
• Provide regular data reports and drive process improvements for fill rate and service levels.
