Job summary

DoorDash DashMart is seeking a motivated individual to thrive in a fast-paced, physical warehouse setting. You will receive, stock, and manage inventory, scan and pick orders, and coordinate with Dashers to ensure timely deliveries.

You’ll engage with customers through the app for substitutions and maintain a safe, organized workspace. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, are 18+, and can lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a high school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds (site requirements may vary).
• Willingness to learn, strong problem solving, and customer facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Inventory receiving and management, ensuring products are stocked and rotation is correct.
• Pick, pack and sort orders using scanner-like technology and handoffs to Dashers.
• Delight customers by clear, courteous communication through the app for substitutions.
• Maintain warehouse organization and safety following DashMart standards.
