Job summary

DoorDash DashMart is seeking a motivated, front-line team member to join our fast-paced warehouse operations. You will receive, stock, and rotate inventory while helping to pick, pack, and hand off orders to Dashers.

You’ll reliably communicate with customers through the app and support runners and Dashers to ensure timely deliveries. You should have a high school diploma or GED, be at least 18, and bring retail or service experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years old and high school diploma or GED.
• Experience in retail, customer service, food and beverage, or similar roles.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Receive and stock inventory, ensure product quality and rotation.
• Assist in pick, pack and sort for orders and handoffs to Dashers.
• Guide Dashers to pickup locations and coordinate runners.
• Assist in light food preparation and packaging as needed.
• Maintain safe warehouse environment and cleanliness.
• Engage professionally with customers via the app and in-person.
• Support site management and teamwork with a positive attitude.
