Job summary

DoorDash is seeking a motivated team member for its DashMart facility in Minnesota. You will excel in a fast-paced warehouse environment, inventory receiving, and order fulfillment to support Dashers and customers.

Roles include packing, stock rotation, and coordinating with delivery partners. Prior retail or service experience is valued, along with a strong team orientation and willingness to learn. Physical duties include lifting up to 50 pounds and standing long hours.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required, 18+ years old.
• Experience in retail, customer service, food & beverage, or similar.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Receive and stock inventory accurately, ensure product rotation and freshness.
• Scan, pick, and stage orders for Dashers using handheld devices.
• Assist in food preparation and light packaging where applicable.
• Maintain a clean, safe warehouse environment and follow safety standards.
• Coordinate with Runners and Dashers to direct pickups and deliveries.
• Provide excellent customer interactions through the app when substitutions are needed.
