Job summary

DoorDash is seeking a motivated individual to join DashMart in a fast-paced, physical environment. You will receive, stock, and rotate inventory, pick and pack orders, and coordinate with Dashers to ensure timely deliveries.

You’ll help maintain safety, cleanliness, and teamwork, with opportunities for pay increases and benefits from day one for full-time staff. Strong communication and a customer-focused mindset help you delight customers in every interaction.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, physical environment.
• Experience in retail, customer service, or food/beverage preferred.
• Customer-facing experience and a passion for delighting customers.
• Able to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds as required.
• Minimum 18 years old and high school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Inventory receiving and management: receive, stock, rotate, and safeguard products per HACCP standards.
• Pick, pack and sort: scan, stage orders, and hand off to Dashers.
• Delight customers: communicate clearly with customers via app for substitutions.
