Job summary

DoorDash DashMart is seeking a motivated team member to support fast-paced, physical operations in our local fulfillment center. Responsibilities include receiving and stocking inventory, picking, packing and staging orders, and assisting with food prep where applicable.

You will communicate clearly with Dashers and customers through the app, while maintaining safety and cleanliness standards. AM/PM/Overnight shifts are available with opportunities for pay increases based on performance;

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills, willingness to learn, and problem-solving mindset.
• Experience in retail, customer service, food and beverage, or related fields is a plus.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Receive and stock inventory, monitor quality and rotation, and follow HACCP and safety procedures.
• Pick, pack, and stage orders; use device-scanning tech to process orders.
• Delight customers by communicating clearly with Dashers and app users; ensure smooth substitutions when needed.
• Maintain warehouse organization and safety, support management tasks, and participate in team-driven tasks.
• Coordinate with Runners/ Dashers and assist with light food prep where applicable.
