Job summary

IntelliSource is seeking a seasoned Training Supervisor to own training for a fulfillment and distribution center on a fixed-term contract. Immediate start with an end date around December 31, 2026 and a 20% project completion bonus.

The role involves leading development and delivery of training programs, onboarding, floor coaching, and ensuring certification before independent work. Competitive hourly rate with benefits.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of training, leadership, operations, or supervisory experience in a warehouse, distribution, fulfillment, logistics, manufacturing, or high-volume operational environment.
• Experience training frontline associates in a fast-paced production or fulfillment setting.
• Strong understanding of warehouse or e-commerce fulfillment operations, including productivity, quality, safety, attendance, and labor planning metrics.
• Ability to coach, motivate, and hold team members accountable.
• Strong communication, facilitation, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and delivery of training programs for e-commerce fulfillment operations (inbound, outbound, picking, packing, shipping, returns, inventory, quality, safety).
• Facilitate new hire orientation and onboarding to communicate expectations, safety, policies, attendance, performance metrics, and culture.
• Train associates on SOPs, work instructions, system tools, scanning, productivity, quality, and customer impact.
• Ensure training content is accurate and aligned with workflows and priorities.
• Partner with Operations to identify training needs based on performance trends and changes.
• Provide hands-on floor training, coaching, and reinforcement to associates and trainers.
• Support ramp-ups, peak seasons, new processes, system changes, and new customers.
• Ensure associates are certified or validated before working independently.
