Job summary

IntelliSource is seeking a seasoned Training Supervisor to own the training for a fulfillment and distribution center on a fixed-term engagement in Fort Worth, TX. This high-impact role offers competitive hourly pay and a 20% project completion bonus, with a contract end date around December 31, 2026.

The role requires 2+ years of training/leadership in a warehouse setting, on-floor coaching, and strong collaboration with operations to drive productivity and quality.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of training and supervisory experience in a warehouse or fulfillment environment.
• Experience training frontline associates in a fast-paced production or fulfillment setting.
• Strong understanding of warehouse/e-commerce fulfillment operations metrics.
• Ability to coach, motivate, and hold team members accountable.
• Work on the floor for extended periods and support multiple shifts as needed.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, learning systems, and warehouse reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and delivery of training programs for e-commerce fulfillment operations.
• Facilitate new hire orientation and onboarding to ensure understanding of policies, safety, and performance metrics.
• Train associates on SOPs, work instructions, system tools, and productivity expectations.
• Ensure training content is accurate and aligned with workflows and priorities.
• Provide hands-on floor training, coaching, and reinforcement to associates.
• Supervise and develop trainers, assign responsibilities, and monitor effectiveness.
