Job summary

Fanatics Commerce in Las Vegas is seeking a results-oriented Fulfillment Center Supervisor to oversee shipping, receiving, and order processing on the shift. You’ll supervise up to 200 employees, ensure safety, quality, and productivity, and partner with leadership to meet forecasted volumes.

The role emphasizes coaching, onboarding, and developing leads, implementing process improvements, and maintaining operational systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; 5+ years in a leadership role.
• Experience using warehouse-based software.
• Experience leading teams of 25+ in manufacturing, distribution, or call centers.
• Strong ability to influence peers and leaders to drive outcomes.
• Excellent written communication; presents data effectively.

Responsibilities

• Supervises up to 200 employees within the fulfillment center.
• Oversees onboarding of new hires to meet staffing needs.
• Trains, coaches, and disciplines team members; develops leaders.
• Identifies and implements process improvements to increase efficiency.
• Manages vacation approvals, time cards, overtime, hiring, and training.
• Drives safety programs and ensures compliance with guidelines.
