Qualifications

• 7+ years in Global Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Production/Procurement, Distribution, Logistics or related ops.
• Bachelor's or advanced degree in a relevant field; MBA preferred.
• Experience leading large teams and driving operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Owns and delivers the operational budget for the functional area including safety, productivity, and labor planning.
• Leads strategic planning (3, 6, 12 months) for labor, forecasting, and peak seasons.
• Drives continuous improvement projects to optimize operations and save costs.
• Mentors and develops leaders; participates in recruiting and talent development.
