Job summary

Staples Beloit is seeking an experienced Fulfillment Center Operations Manager to lead frontline supervisors and hourly associates. You will drive efficiency, develop productivity standards, and ensure safe, high-quality service to customers.

You will work closely with the FC Manager to deliver outstanding results while fostering teamwork and continuous improvement across the distribution network.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; 5+ years of related experience.
• Ability to pass a drug screen where allowed by law.
• Ability to lift up to 70 pounds by hand.

Responsibilities

• Lead frontline management and hourly associates to meet performance goals.
• Drive efficiency by developing productivity and accuracy standards.
