Job summary

Staples is seeking a Warehouse Fulfillment Center Supervisor in our Tennessee operation to lead hourly associates and ensure top‑notch service for customers. You will partner with Center leadership to drive efficiency, accuracy, and safety while meeting daily, weekly, and monthly goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year of experience in a warehouse environment.
• Ability to pass a drug screen where legally permissible.
• Ability to lift, lower, push, pull or carry up to 70 pounds by hand.

Responsibilities

• Lead hourly associates to achieve performance goals, productivity, accuracy and quality standards.
• Plan daily, weekly and monthly department activities and staffing needs.
• Recommend and implement process improvements to department operations.
• Participate in hiring, training and coaching of associates.
• Use operational reports to evaluate performance and ensure expectations are met.
• Collaborate with Fulfillment Center leadership to ensure safety culture and success.
