Job summary

Staples is seeking a Warehouse Fulfillment Center Supervisor to lead hourly associates and partner with Fulfillment Center leadership to achieve efficiency and exceptional customer service. You will plan staffing, monitor performance, and drive improvements across daily operations.

Responsibilities include coaching, training, and using reports to optimize productivity while maintaining safety and quality. The role requires basic English and ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year of warehouse experience.
• Ability to pass a drug screen where legally permissible.
• Ability to lift up to 70 pounds by hand.

Responsibilities

• Motivate and manage hourly associates to meet performance goals and quality standards.
• Lead daily, weekly and monthly planning of departments.
• Recommend and improve department processes; participate in hiring, training and coaching.
• Use operational reports to evaluate performance and ensure expectations are met.
• Collaborate with Fulfillment Center leadership to operate within guidelines and drive success.
• Uphold safety as a core priority and foster a strong safety culture.
