Job summary

You will lead planning, assist in hiring and coaching, use WMS tools, and uphold a strong safety culture in a fast-paced warehouse environment. This role offers growth within Staples' inclusive team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year of warehouse experience.
• Ability to pass a drug screen where legally permissible.

Responsibilities

• Motivate and manage hourly associates to meet performance goals and quality standards.
• Lead daily, weekly and monthly planning of the departments.
• Make recommendations to improve processes and procedures and participate in hiring and coaching.
• Collaborate with FC leadership to operate within guidelines and drive success.
• Maintain safety culture and ensure safe work practices.
