Job summary

Staples is seeking a Warehouse Fulfillment Center Supervisor in Oregon to lead hourly staff, manage headcount planning, and optimize fulfillment operations. You will work with FC leadership to drive productivity, accuracy, and safe practices in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include planning, coaching, and implementing improvements while ensuring excellent customer service and adherence to company policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year of warehouse experience.
• Ability to pass a drug screen where legally permissible.
• Ability to lift, push, pull, or carry up to 70 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Lead hourly associates to meet performance goals and quality standards.
• Plan daily, weekly and monthly department activities.
• Suggest process improvements and participate in hiring/training.
• Collaborate with FC leadership to meet safety and customer-service goals.
