Job summary

You will forecast headcount, manage performance, and partner with center leadership to maintain safety and accuracy across daily operations. A suitable candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and values teamwork.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year of experience in a warehouse environment.
• Ability to pass a drug screen where legally permissible.
• Ability to lift up to 70 pounds by hand.

Responsibilities

• Motivate and manage hourly associates to meet performance goals and quality standards.
• Lead daily, weekly, and monthly department planning to stay on task.
• Recommend and implement improvements to department processes and procedures.
• Participate in hiring, training and coaching of associates and use reports to evaluate performance.
• Collaborate with Fulfillment Center Team Manager and other management to operate within guidelines.
