Job summary

Talentify is seeking a Warehouse Manager to lead daily fulfillment operations within a single site. You will drive performance, safety, and a culture of accountability while aligning with company goals and customer expectations.

You’ll develop leaders, manage the P&L, and partner with field stakeholders to optimize inventory, improve processes, and ensure compliant, high-quality service delivery across all shifts.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of leadership and supervisory experience, preferably running a single site.
• 3-5 years of experience in supply chain, fulfillment, or distribution.
• Experience with Koerber or related WMS software.
• Demonstrated ability to exceed KPIs in service-oriented industries.
• Must be 18 years old and hold a valid driver's license.

• Ensure compliance with pertinent Federal, state, and local regulations including OSHA, CDL, DOT, and MHE within supply chain site.
• Proactively identify health and safety risks, swiftly implementing resolutions, and providing coaching or training on cutting-edge best practices.

What You’ll Need

• Must be 18 years old.
• Valid driver's license required; successful Motor Vehicle Records check (MVR) completion.
• 3-5 years of leadership and supervisory experience, preferably running a single site.
• 3-5 years of experience in supply chain, fulfillment, or distribution segments preferred.
• Experience with Koerber or related WMS software preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to exceed KPIs in service-oriented industries, prioritizing quality, business partnerships, and customer outcomes.
