Job summary

Safelite Group is seeking a Distribution Center Supervisor in Nanticoke, PA to lead a team of associates in efficient fulfillment operations. You will coach and develop staff, align daily work with goals, and drive safety, quality, and customer-focused outcomes.

The role requires 1–3 years of supervisory experience, familiarity with WMS software (Korber) is a plus, and a strong track record of meeting KPIs in service-driven environments. This on-site position supports our logistics operations.
