Job summary

Alo is seeking a Site Director, DC to lead all fulfillment center operations, ensuring on-time delivery, optimal throughput, and adherence to safety and policy across inbound, outbound, and returns.

You will drive Lean/Six Sigma initiatives, manage labor, automation, and budget, and partner with IT, operations, and customer care to maintain exceptional service in a high-volume, 24/7 environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, operations, engineering, business or related field (Master's preferred).
• 8–12+ years of operations leadership experience in e-commerce, omnichannel, or high-volume fulfillment.
• Proven experience managing large, multi-shift teams in a fast-paced fulfillment environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead all fulfillment center operations including inbound receiving, put-away, picking, packing, shipping, returns, and reverse logistics.
• Deliver high service levels for same-day, next-day, and peak-season order fulfillment.
• Own peak planning and execution, labor forecasting, and capacity planning to meet demand volatility.
• Build and lead a high-performing leadership team in a 24/7 environment; drive engagement and safety culture.
• Oversee WMS/OMS/TMS tech performance and scaling of automation; partner with IT/engineering.
• Apply Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen to improve speed, quality and cost; monitor KPIs.
