Job summary

Alo is seeking a Senior Operations Manager, DC to lead day-to-day operations in a high-volume fulfillment center. You will oversee inbound, outbound, and returns, ensuring safe, efficient, and customer-focused execution while driving productivity and continuous improvement.

You will supervise Operations Managers, Lead and develop teams, and manage labor, cost, and KPIs during peak periods to meet SLAs and quality targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Operations, Business, Engineering, or related field preferred.
• 5–8+ years of progressive operations leadership experience in e-commerce, fulfillment, or high-volume distribution.
• Experience leading large teams in a multi-shift environment.
• Strong execution in fast-paced, high-change environments.
• Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Fulfillment Operations Execution across inbound receiving, put-away, picking, packing, shipping, and returns.
• Lead daily operations and supervise managers, area managers, supervisors, and frontline leaders.
• Ensure SLA achievement for same-day and next-day order fulfillment.
• Monitor real-time performance and adjust labor/workflows accordingly.
• Drive safety, performance management, and engagement.
• Lead peak-season staffing, training, and shift coverage.
