Job summary

Factor_ in Goodyear, AZ is seeking an Area Manager, Fulfillment to lead receiving, shipping, storage and distribution operations. You will coach supervisors, drive productivity, and ensure safety and GMP/SQF compliance on the production floor.

Reporting to the Fulfillment Manager, you will implement processes, perform internal audits, and work with procurement to maintain inventory and quality standards across the facility.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or related management experience.
• At least 5 years in a warehouse with supervisory accomplishments.
• Experience in technology-driven, growing companies.

Responsibilities

• Oversee receiving, shipping, fulfillment, storage/distribution and logistics.
• Direct activities and coach associates and leads.
• Ensure safety, GMP and SQF compliance; PPE/hygiene adherence.
• Perform internal audits and implement processes and procedures.
• Relay quality philosophy to warehouse personnel.
• Collaborate with procurement to ensure inventory supply.
