Job summary

DSV is seeking a Team Lead, Operations in Goodyear to coordinate warehousing activities, oversee receiving and shipping, and guide associates toward productivity and quality. You will mentor staff, ensure accurate loading, and maintain safety and SOP compliance.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, 1 year in logistics, forklift/MHE capability, and basic computer/RF skills. This position is full-time with hourly pay in a competitive range.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year experience in logistics/distribution environment.
• Ability to operate MHE and forklifts.
• Basic computer and RF scanner skills desirable.

Responsibilities

• Mentor and train new and existing associates on distribution activities.
• Oversee unloading, receiving, picking, and staging of shipments.
• Load orders accurately and verify inbound/outbound paperwork.
• Communicate with customers and prepare site activity reports.
• Ensure quality control and proper documentation per SOPs.
• Maintain safety, housekeeping, and equipment procedures.
• Direct warehouse team and assist with schedules and payroll hours.
• Identify and address non-conformities; report to supervisors.
