Job summary

HelloFresh's Factor fulfillment team in Goodyear, AZ is seeking an Area Manager, Fulfillment. You report to the Fulfillment Manager and lead production and distribution, coaching associates while driving safety and quality through GMP and SQF standards.

You will oversee receiving, shipping, storage, audits, and process improvements; ensure supply, document controls, and provide training in a fast‑paced, mission‑driven environment.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or related management work experience required.
• At least 5 years of warehouse experience with a proven supervising track record.
• Experience in technology-driven, developing companies preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee receiving, shipping, fulfillment, storage/distribution, and logistics.
• Direct activities and coach associates and leads to maximize productivity.
• Ensure safety, GMP and SQF compliance, and PPE/hygiene adherence.
• Manage warehouse functions to maintain high productivity and data integrity.
• Perform internal audits and create/improve processes and procedures.
• Relay quality philosophy to warehouse personnel and coordinate with procurement.
