Qualifications

• Clear written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coach, manage, and develop a team of 30–100 with site leadership support.
• Communicate policies to the team and ensure compliance and safety.
• Create, manage, and support recognition programs within the department.
• Support safety programs and OSHA compliance; manage security and loss prevention.
