Responsibilities

• Coach, manage, and develop a team of 30–100 on the operations floor.
• Communicate policies and ensure safety, compliance, and loss prevention.
• Own performance reporting: on-time receiving/shipping, inventory accuracy, packing quality.
• Collaborate with Growth and Engineering to resolve systemic problems.
• Prepare clear reports and action plans for SLA adherence.
