Job summary

Key Autism Services is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder. We offer supervision, mentorship, and clinical support to help you succeed and grow in your ABA career.

Our team emphasizes collaboration, structured onboarding, and ongoing training, with opportunities for Fellowship and Early Mentoring to support BCBA certification goals.

Qualifications

Active RBT certification required.
High school diploma or GED required.
Minimum 3 months of ABA experience.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Dependable, professional, and compassionate.
Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and actively engage with children during sessions.

Responsibilities

Provide direct one-on-one ABA therapy to children with ASD.
Implement individualized behavior intervention and treatment plans.
Collect and record data on client progress and behaviors.
Use ABA teaching strategies including DTT and NET.
Collaborate with BCBAs and clinical team members to ensure consistent care.
Participate in supervision sessions, trainings, and team meetings.
Maintain a safe, engaging, and positive therapy environment.
