Job summary

Olgoonik seeks an Alternate Terminal Manager in Ventura, CA to oversee fuels operations and ship/receive materials, coordinating with vendors and flight schedules. The role emphasizes safety, preventive maintenance, and supervision of hydrant and mobile refueling activities.

Qualified candidates have six years in fuels with managerial experience, plus DoD fuels knowledge and the ability to maintain complex logs and reports. Travel may be required and a U.S. security clearance is expected.

Qualifications

• Six years’ fuels experience with three years at base level and three years in managerial capacity.
• Six years of supervisory experience including personnel actions and recruitment.
• Two years in Government Fuels specialty or civilian equivalency preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage incoming/outgoing materials and manifests.
• Coordinate with vendors on materials issues.
• Supervise hydrant and mobile refueling operations and preventive maintenance.
• Ensure safety rules are followed and safety equipment used.
• Review aircraft schedules to ensure fueling resources are available.
• Maintain and review fuel facility records and logs.
