Job summary

Olgoonik seeks a Fuels Control Center Operator (Dispatcher) to manage dispatching and communication for the Fuels Control Center at Peterson AFB, CO. The role requires working rotating shifts, including nights and weekends, and coordinating with MOCC and an expediter.

Applicants should have 1 year of USAF Fuels experience, and the ability to obtain required certifications within 90 days. Proficiency with Microsoft Office is expected. This is a Part Time position at Peterson AFB, CO.

Qualifications

• One year of work experience working in a USAF Fuels specialty or civilian equivalency.
• Ability to complete fuels military equivalent certified qualifications within 90 days of hire.
• Ability to obtain and maintain airfield Competency Card.
• Ability to work rotating shifts including nights and weekends.
• Proficient with Microsoft Suite of products including Word, Excel, Access and Outlook.
• Demonstrate a good attitude and ability to work as a member of a team.
• Position requires self-motivation and the ability to work effectively under a minimum of supervision.
• Must be able to multi-task efficiently, work in a fast-paced environment on multiple projects and have a strong attention for detail.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain the Fuels Control Center to include dispatching, maintaining communication with MOCC and expediter.
• Know all checklist and Emergency procedures.
• Know how to collect data for inventory purposes.
• Other duties may be assigned from time to time.
