Ryder System, Inc. is seeking a Fueling Operations Support Manager to provide technical and customer support for fueling facilities across multiple industries.

The role involves troubleshooting UST/AST systems, ATG, sensors, and DEF systems, driving issue resolution, and maintaining strong customer communications. You will lead by example in Ryder Fuel Service operations, manage repair quotes, and support environmental compliance projects, with flexibility for remote work and occasional field

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma; bachelor’s degree preferred in Business or related field.
• 5+ years of fuel system and/or facility maintenance management and environmental compliance experience.
• Experience in customer relationship building and communication with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and troubleshoot fueling systems to develop custom customer solutions.
• Ensure work order timelines and priorities are met using the work order system.
• Communicate updates clearly to customers and stakeholders.
• Proactively prevent Notices of Violation and ensure compliance schedules are met.
• Review and approve repair quotes; support capital projects under guidance.
• Run ad-hoc reports and create basic reports from multiple systems/databases.
• Monitor and report on KPIs and contribute to policy/procedure development.
