Mansfield Energy Corp. is seeking a Fueling Systems & Services Specialist to onboard new customers' fuel systems, perform technical triage, and coordinate repairs for existing clients.

The role includes remote diagnostics, data capture from connected equipment, and ongoing technical support for all fuel-related systems. You will handle after-hours on-call support, process customer invoices, and ensure seamless communication between customers and third-party solution providers.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalency required.
• College education preferred.
• Minimum one year of work experience.
• Knowledge of Network/VPN/IP preferred.
• Proficiency in Excel including lookups and pivot tables.

Responsabilidades

• Triage technical issues for network/VPN and POS equipment, coordinating between third-party providers and customers.
• Enter service tickets and track through to resolution including receipt and payment of contractor invoices.
• Remote diagnostics and issue resolution for field equipment, including network troubleshooting.
• Set up remote communication with customers via modem configuration and ship equipment to site.
• Complete reconciliations for gallons pumped versus gallons tracked.
• Monitor customer equipment for system failures and work with customers to fix.
