Job summary

Wilson & Company, Inc., Engineers and Architects is seeking an experienced Fuels System Maintenance Technician/Specialist focused on operation and maintenance of transportation fueling systems and environmental infrastructure. The role emphasizes troubleshooting, repair, and coordination with project teams to support multiple concurrent projects.

You will work with internal and external teams, manage work plans and field directives, and ensure compliance with safety and design standards.

Qualifications

Experience with client interaction and coordination.
Ability to be on-call 24/7.
Willingness to travel for project sites.
Familiarity with maintenance management systems and work orders.
Experience troubleshooting fuel receipt, storage, and dispensing systems.
Ability to prepare work plans, budgets, and project schedules.

Responsibilities

Interact with clients to coordinate field activities and support tasks.
Be available on-call 24/7 as required.
Travel to project sites for field work and oversight.
Manage work orders and maintenance records in CMMS.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues in fuel systems, pumps, meters and controls.
Lead or coordinate design/installation work across civil, mechanical, electrical, and architectural disciplines.
Provide site observations and contractor follow-up from concept to completion.
Collaborate with project teams to execute work orders and verify results.
