Job summary

Allegiant offers a Fuel Analyst role in Las Vegas to support Fuel Management and Company objectives. You will review fuel data, assist with invoices, and coordinate with multiple departments to ensure accurate costs and timely corrections.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years in finance or accounting, strong Excel skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Admin, Accounting, Finance or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in finance, accounting or related area.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint; strong communication skills.
• Must be authorized to work in the US and pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Review fuel data and related invoices to ensure correct costs, taxes and usage.
• Assist the Fuel Procurement team with contract maintenance and price terms.
• Support annual fuel tender process and market research.
• Maintain fuel vendor and airport operator contact information.
• Collaborate with Accounting, QA, Tax, Treasury and others to support objectives.
