Job summary

Allegiant Air in Las Vegas seeks an Airport Contract Analyst to support Managers of Procurement in developing and managing contracts across maintenance, tooling, engineering, facilities, and more. This role also involves maintaining the contract management system and coordinating RFPs and supplier negotiations to ensure best value at all airports and facilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum three years of office management, communication and data analysis experience.
• Strong IT skills with information gathering, research and data analysis.
• Excellent customer service mindset and cross-functional communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead RFP creation and processing from initiation to awards.
• Coordinate kickoff meetings for corporate initiatives and Operations initiatives.
• Negotiate with goods and service providers and finalize agreements.
• Support monthly and yearly cost analyses for budgeting and reporting.
• Maintain contract management system and track expirations and active contracts.
• Prepare quarterly procurement KPI reports and assist in supplier performance reviews.
