Job summary

Allegiant Air seeks a Manager of Fuel Operations to lead the fuel inventory, bulk fuel logistics, and invoice processing teams. You will drive performance, maintain controls, mentor staff, and coordinate cross-functional initiatives with Accounting, IT, and external partners.

Responsibilities include KPI tracking, process improvements, UAT/regression testing for fuel platforms, and aligning with Allegiant’s values. Strong leadership and analytical skills required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; fields listed.
• Minimum five years in procurement, finance, accounting, or related area; 1–2 years leading others.

Responsibilities

• Lead fuel operations, inventory, and invoice-processing teams; set goals.
• Coach and develop team; conduct reviews and development plans.
• Monitor workload and staffing; recommend headcount adjustments.
