Job summary

Reworld is seeking a Fuel Operations Supervisor to oversee safe, efficient, and environmentally compliant fuel plant activities during evening shifts, coordinating with maintenance and operations teams to ensure reliable performance.

You will manage shredder and tipping floor operations, supervise 7–14 frontline staff, and lead daily safety meetings while prioritizing downtime planning and adherence to company policies.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and frontline supervision experience.
• Ability to read and apply safety programs and procedures (Lockout/Tagout, Confined Space, Hot Work).
• Experience with maintenance management systems and work-order management.

Responsibilities

• Review daily production goals and schedules for fuel-side operations.
• supervise shredders, tipping floor and related equipment.
• Lead safety meetings and workforce training.
• Coordinate with Maintenance and Operations on downtime and priorities.
