Job summary

Reworld is seeking a Fuel Operations Supervisor to ensure the safe, efficient, and environmentally compliant operation of fuel plant activities during assigned shifts, with a primary focus on evening operations. You will oversee fuel-side operations and assigned personnel while supporting shredder and tipping floor production objectives.

This position reports to the Fuel Superintendent and Operations Superintendent, with rotating nights and days to support a seven-day operation after required

Qualifications

• Must have a High School Diploma or GED and required technical training.
• Ability to read, understand, and apply safety programs and procedures (Lockout/Tagout, Confined Space, Hot Work).
• Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to motivate and lead frontline teams.

Responsibilities

• Review daily production goals, fuel-side conditions, and operating schedules.
• Conduct routine plant rounds to monitor shredders and equipment for safe operation.
• Manage fuel quality to ensure compliance with plant requirements and procedures.
• Lead daily safety meetings with assigned shift personnel.
• Supervise rail tipper, tipping floor, shredding, maintenance and metals processing operations.
