Job summary

Allegiant Air seeks a Manager of Fuel Operations to lead the fuel inventory, bulk fuel logistics, and invoice-processing team, ensuring robust internal controls and timely support for accounting closings.

You will drive process improvements, coach staff, and coordinate with IT, procurement, and external partners to optimize fuel operations and data integrity while modeling Allegiant’s core values.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Procurement, Accounting, Finance, Operations Management, MIS, or related field.
• Minimum five (5) years of experience in procurement, finance, accounting, or related area, including 1–2 years leading others.
• Must be authorized to work in the US and pass a criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Lead fuel operations, inventory, and invoice-processing team; set goals and monitor performance.
• Conduct regular reviews and development conversations; support career growth.
• Monitor workload and staffing; adjust headcount and outsourcing as needed.
• Establish and track KPIs for accuracy, timeliness, and productivity.
• Coordinate with Accounting and AP to resolve discrepancies and support timely payments.
• Lead UAT and regression testing for fuel/procurement platforms.
