You will research markets and potential targets, conduct competitive and financial analyses, and help prepare materials used in leadership presentations and due diligence.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, administration, or marketing.
• Proficiency in Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Willingness to learn SQL and modeling techniques.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently with guidance.
• Enthusiasm for learning and a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Support the M&A team in identifying and evaluating potential acquisition targets that align with company strategy and growth objectives.
• Conduct market and competitor research, including customer trends, regional dynamics, and regulatory environments.
• Assist in building and maintaining financial models to evaluate acquisition targets, including cash flow projections, synergy estimates, and capital needs.
• Prepare summaries and reports to communicate findings and recommendations to leadership.
• Participate in due diligence activities, helping to organize and track information from cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with internal partners in Legal, Finance, and Operations to support deal execution and integration planning.
• Provide analytical and administrative support for special projects and strategic initiatives.
