Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or related analytical or technical field.
• 8+ years of experience in related field with leadership responsibilities.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to influence stakeholders.
• Advanced in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end fuel demand planning for 15B+ gallons across North America.
• Oversee demand forecasting and drive forecast accuracy improvements across 400 locations.
• Mentor the team and foster a culture of operational excellence and problem solving.
• Develop data-driven insights to support strategic decision making.
• Coordinate data collection and visualization from multiple systems to enable reporting.
