Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Two+ years experience with DOT and driver routing in logistics/transportation.
• Knowledge of transportation environment including shipping, receiving and inventory management.

Responsibilities

• Lead dispatchers to guide and answer questions during shift.
• Address customer issues and resolve problems within scope; escalate to management as needed.
• Backfill for dispatchers when required.
