Inlet Energy is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Fairbanks, AK to manage product customer accounts, schedule daily deliveries, and provide exceptional support. You will use dispatch software to track deliveries, maintain records, and coordinate with drivers to ensure timely service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Ability to use computer and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and answer the phone courteously.
• Communicate with customers, other departments and drivers to ensure smooth operations.
• Utilize SkyBitz dispatch software to plan and track oil delivery positions and quantities.
• Accept and record orders and promptly communicate details to the appropriate staff.
• Provide customer support related to pricing, payment, and invoicing.
• Maintain accurate records of delivery documents and inventory reconciliation.
• Follow DOT regulations to ensure safety compliance and proper handling of deliveries.
• Participate in safety meetings and report injuries or hazards to management.
• Respond promptly and efficiently to customer inquiries by researching products and applications.
• Serve as a liaison between customers and various departments to prioritize issues.
• Resolve customer requests by analyzing situations and conducting product research.
• Occasional errands outside the office as needed to support business needs.
• Complete miscellaneous office tasks, including data compiling and invoicing.
