Job summary

Kroger is seeking a customer-focused Fuel Center Associate in Marietta, AL. You will assist customers, pump gas, operate the register, and help maintain a clean, safe fueling area.

You will complete daily tours, log incidents, support displays, answer phones, and follow corporate safety guidelines while delivering Kroger's core values of respect and integrity.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers and manage cash register.
• Pump gas.
• Complete daily tour and inspection.
• Fill out incident and security reports.
• Clean up fuel spills and complete Fuel Spill Report.
• Recover displays; maintain cleanliness of department.
• Perform cashier functions.
• Answer telephones.
• Comply with corporate policies.
• Comply with all safety guidelines and standards.
• Promote and follow company initiatives.
• Maintain knowledge of emergency plans numbers and procedures.
• Ability to work cooperatively in high paced and sometimes stressful environment.
• Ability to manage conflict in a reasonable, nonconfrontational and cooperative manner.
