Plug Power Inc. is seeking a Field Service Technician for McCarran, NV. The role covers maintenance and servicing of fuel cells in electric lift trucks, including diagnostics, field retrofits, and software/hardware upgrades. Excellent technical and communication skills are required.

You will travel to customer sites, report breakdown events, order parts, and ensure safety standards are followed. A strong customer-facing focus is essential for success in this position.

Competenze

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent with technical electrical coursework.
• 3+ years of direct mechanical and electrical troubleshooting experience.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds regularly and operate a vehicle safely.
• Lift truck knowledge preferred and strong computer skills.

Mansioni

• Maintaining and servicing fuel cells at customer sites.
• Diagnostics, troubleshooting, and evaluations for fleet at a location.
• Field retrofits and software/hardware upgrades for fuel cells.
• Provide on-call and emergency support as required.
• Procure tools, equipment, and parts for service activities.
• Travel as required; communicate with customers and hydrogen suppliers.
• Document incidents, logs, inventory, and site records.
