Job summary

Plug Power is seeking a Field Service Technician for Walmart at McCarran, NV, to maintain fuel cells in electric lift trucks and service at a dedicated site. You will install, service, and report on fuel cell performance, with a strong focus on safety and customer communication.

The role requires troubleshooting, field retrofits, and ongoing maintenance, including coordination with regional service teams and supply of tools and parts.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of direct experience in mechanical and electrical troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of lift truck operation and applications is highly preferred.
• Computer and software systems skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance and service of fuel cells at customer sites.
• Diagnostics, troubleshooting and evaluations to maintain fleet at a location.
• Specialized service procedures including field retrofits and software/hardware upgrades.
